Delete Your Account

You can delete your Mentorify account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)

  1. Open Mentorify and sign in.
  2. Go to the More (account) tab.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account to contact@mentorify.in. We will verify your request and delete your account, normally within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your profileName, email, role, bio, skills, goals, availability, and profile photo
Your connectionsMentor/mentee connections and requests involving you
Your messagesChat messages you sent or received
Your activityGoals, meeting bookings, and notifications
Account credentialsYour login and verification data

What may be retained

We may retain limited information for a short period where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance — for example, minimal server logs. This data is not used to re-create your profile and is deleted on our standard retention schedule.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you sign up again later, you start with a fresh account.
